Recently I bought a 480gbs XrayDisk SATA SSD (from the official store, if that makes it better) for my laptop to act as a storage drive since I already got windows on my primary drive (which is a NVME SSD). My laptop model is a NP550XDA-KT1BR Samsung Book, which i didnt modify or did anything else with besides installing the NVME SSD and a 4gb ram on it.
Problem is, everytime that i plug the new SATA SSD in, the laptop simply doesn't boot. I get stuck on the samsung logo, can't enter bios to change boot order or do anything else, and it restarts itself after a minute or so, repeating the process. I also know im pressing the right key to access bios because its F2 on samsung books, and I can access it if the SATA SSD isn't plugged in.
Any idea on what i could do? Is the SSD faulty or its some weird boot sequence thing going on? and how can I fix it if i can't access bios when I plug it in?
