[SOLVED] Can't Boot my Laptop.

I just bought a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15 I TL6 and I can't boot it at all. I have booted laptops before btw.
It gives me "Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed" error.
In BIOS Boot menu i can't change the boot mode. it doesn't even mention it.
