Question Can't boot my PC with Ryzen 5 3600X and MB Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 ???

I have a big problem : My PC config. is : Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 , Ryzen 5 3600X ( since 22.07.2019. ) , Sapphire RX 580 8GB Nitro+ , Kingston Hyper X Predator 2x8GB 3000 MHz , Cooler Master MasterAir MA410P rgb , 2x1TB WD Caviar Blue , PSU Sama Armor 750W 80+ Bronze , case MS Industrial Falcon ( 3x120mm fans ) . Before R5 3600X I had R5 2600X and had not a single problem . But after buying R5 3600X I got "No Signal" on my monitor ( ViewSonic VX3276-MHD 2K ) !!! Yes I took my MB to PC store , they updated my bios to F41 a few days ago . But yesterday I bought my new cooler MasterAir MA410P, and after installing cpu , cleaning my PC case from dust , and my gpu also , when I started PC all seems it's working , but again "No Signal" and a little red led light in right corner of my MB !!!! I tried with one module of ram in all slots , but no help !!! When guys from PC store was updating my bios they told me that one ram stick died and they replaced it with a same new one ( i bought Kingston 2x8GB ddr4 3 months ago in their store ) . I wonder , is my PSU weaker than 750w real watts , did I made mistake with some cable placement in PSU ( I don't think so ) , did my one of both RAM sticks died again , did my cpu died , thit my MB bios somehow losed new bios version ................ Can't figure it out without a help of someone's knowledge !!!!!!

Can you tel us what debug led is ligthning? CPU led Dram led etc?

CPU led ! I tried with amd stock Wraith cooler the result is same . I don't get it why it won't boot of I have a new bios latest F41 ???

Well, lets check the CPU pins are they fine? If they are fine maybe your cpu slot on mobo have a problem.

Cpu is excellent , my ram sticks of 8gb are old about 2 months ( one is new a few days ) .I bought my MB one year ago as bulk package , but I had no problem with Ryzen 1600X and Ryzen 2600X !!! And Ryzen 3600X worked with new bios until yesterday when I bought a new cpu cooler . This things just don'take senses !!!
