Question Cant boot my system, i dont have ram cpu or gpu, even though this theoretically works

I have got all my parts for my pc except my cpu gpu and my ram, i have connected all psu cables correctly and when power button is pressed my pc doesnt do anything ive seen someone on youtube do this and it works perfectly fine, this is to test the fans and see if ive done everything correct so far but i seem to have no response upon testing this

my system specs:

B450M hdv R4.0
500W 80+ bronze
I have 2 casefans and an rgb front panel thet is powered by sata

stop watching youtube video and wait for the cpu/ram/gpu

You need the cpu, RAM and gpu.
