Can't boot notebook for the first time

So I have a brand new Notebook, which is supposed to have Win10 pre-installed. Yet when I try booting, it says "reboot and select proper boot device, or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

What should I do?

brand new = take it back to who you bought it off or who made laptop and ask for it be fixed/replaced.. I would want a replacement if its first day.
