Cant boot pc to update bios so 6th gen mobo runs 7th gen cpu

i has an i5 7500 on a 6th gen board, but i cant update the bios to support it without booting to bios.

You bought the 7500 with the 6th gen board?
To use the 7th gen cpu, you MUST have a 6th gen cpu already installed in the 6th gen board and updated the bios.
Return the board and get a 200 series(7th gen mobos) one - no need to update bios with that.
