Can't boot, stuck on pci listing

Hello,
So since a ram sot died on my previous motherboard, so i replaced it. It all worked fine, I reinstalled windows installed all the drivers and everything and for a few days everything worked. I was playing cs:go and suddenly got bsod and now I can't start my pc.
I see the splash screen but I can't access bios or anything and sometimes it gets stuck there, but when it doesn't it goes to the pre boot screen and says Pci Devices listing... And also ide channe 1 master disk hdd smart capabiity disabled. Says that for both hdds since i have 2.
I tried to take out the battery, and put it in again and I got something along the lines of post error, last known good configuration.
I waited the 15 seconds but nothing happened, it just added a line verifying dmi pool data. So i really don't know what do at this point. I can't even click boot order or even access bios. And when i put my windows usb, it doesn't really do anything? Anything i can try?

Configuration
2xram sticks, 4gb each kingston 1333mhz
amd fx 6100 3.3 6 core
2xhdd 500 gb
ge force 750ti 2gb
GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 5.0)

Not really, i turned it off immediately. I bought it a few months ago so I don't see how it could cause such issues. I currently think it's something with the hard drives.
At the top of the pci devices listing it says pri.master disk: none and below ide channel 2/3 . master disk hdd s.m.a.r.t capability disabled.
I tried resetting the cmos, and what it does is it shows cmos checksum error. Post error occurs. Gives me the option to get the last known good configuration, but none of the buttons I press work and it also says 15 seconds until resuming but is stuck on there.
I still don't know why I can't get into the bios.

Could be an A20 keyboard gate error involved which basically makes the keyboard inoperable. Try holding the F key that you use to get into your BIOS as soon as you press the power button for your pc. Keep holding it until you are able to access the bios. Tell me if that lets you into the bios or not.

When you say "f" key? Do you mean just F on the keyboard? When I did that the 2 buttons light up on the keyboard and the i get black screen and then motherboard splash screen and then over and over again.
It says here delete for bios setup/q-flash f9 system information, f12, boot menu, end q-flash. But none of them really work.
And sometimes it's really weird results. When this thing started it was showing the pci devices listing thing. When i reset cmos it was showing the post error thing that was stuck on 15 or 14 seconds and now it is mostly just stuck on the motherboard splash screen.

I just tried holding delete. It started flashing the buttons on the keyboard top right and also for some reason the pc restarted. Later on i was holding it but nothing really happened.

Does the PC beep when its trying to boot?

It does the little buzz sound when I start and the fans are turning. But it doesn't have a constant beep sound or the high pitched one when i get into windows. I also just used a paper clip to reset cmos again. Now it got into the post thing again, and now the entire screen is black just has a small white line blinking on the top left.

Ok, if your PC isn't beeping then this is most likely not a hardware issue (unless there is no internal speaker installed on your motherboard). Try resetting CMOS with the jumpers on the motherboard instead of the battery. The battery method doesn't always work properly for me.

Just did that. When i didn't press anything it got to the post thing again with the 15 seconds stuck then it got to the little pulsating line on the top left. After i restarted and continually pressed delete, nothing happened it is just stuck on the motherboard splash screen.

Try Alt+F10 while its booting

I held both of them immediately after pressing the power on button. It showed the motherboard splash screen and then got the black screen and then flashed 3 times between black and splash and after that just stayed on splash.

Ok, I'm suspecting a hard drive problem at this point. It could be a failing hard drive, or a bad/corrupt windows install.

Basically when the PC boots it checks for a bootable partition on the hard drive to boot into. However if none is found it will hang at either the spash screen, or at a waiting screen (the black screen with the white cursor).

Do you have any other bootable devices like a bootable flash drive or windows repair cd at your disposal? If not I'd recommend you make one and try to boot to it.

I did just buy the motherboard and I installed windows 2 days ago. I have windows on a usb, i put it into the usb port but it just stood on the pci thing last time.
Edit: Also forgot to mention. I have the rev 5.0 of the motherboard. I accidentaly installed the chipset for 4.1, then installed it for 5.0 without uninstalling, wondering if that could be the issue. Also how do i get the pc to recognize my windows usb when i can't get into windows?

you go into your bios and select the usb as the primary boot device, however you said you couldn't access the bios so that would be problematic.

You mentioned that you tried updating the chipset, which could also be the problem. Updating the bios is a very risky operation unless your bios supports backups. Try downgrading it to the last bios version that worked if you can get into the bios somehow.

How could I update it still if i can't access it?
Also just got something working. I turned of my system hard disk and i got the pci message just with the new "can't find system" message. When i turned off the other one i just got to the pci message. But when I turned off both hard drives i finally got into bios? What could be the cause and what can i do?

So that pretty much confirms that it's a hard drive related issue. As far as what to do, I'd say check your boot options now that you can access the bios. Make sure that the correct Hard drive is the default boot device, and turn on S.M.A.R.T

SMART will tell you if your hard drive is failing by checking its performance over time.

You could also try to boot from a windows repair disk now

Could be a bad motherboard. Like I said earlier the keyboard A20 gate may be broken on the motherboard which would make the keyboard pretty much unusable. If that is the case then there is no "do it yourself" fix for that unfortunately 🙁

You could always try. Just make sure that you set the usb as the default boot device in the bios so it doesn't get skipped when the pc boots.
