Hi guys I have an issue with a boot menu on my motherboard.

I'm kinda green in IT so please be patient.

I've updated my motherboard, which is asus Z370-E gaming, and since then my settings went default. Duuuh

So my SSD, in which there is windows 10 installed, is duplicated in BIOS, the second one with a title "Windows Boot Assist" or something like that. And even though I've selected that one on a 1st place in BIOS's boot menu, I can't boot the system. The only way I can boot the system is by double-clicking on this boot option in forced boot menu.
So what can I do to get it back on to automatic booting and not manual?

My specs:
-CPU: i7-8700K
-Motherboard: Asus Z-370 E Gaming
-Powersupply: Corsair HX750i
-SSD on which system is installed: Samsung 860 evo

Solution
You will have to reinstall windows. Create a Bootable usb or cd with windows 10 on it. You have to reformat the ssd to reinstall windows. Hope you backed up important info
