Question Can't boot system from SSD after blue screen

Blue screen with UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION message appeared randomly when working on system and now I can't run the system - it gets stuck in UEFI.
I tried looking if it isn't problem with connection. I've replaced the SATA cable of SSD. SSD is normally detected in UEFI slot, but I can't boot the system.
I tried to install system again from Windows 10 USB, but I got stuck at SSD not being accessable to install the system - it was MSR. I read that I should convert it to GPT, but I got stuck in the command line part - in diskpart the SSD didn't appear in the disk list at all.
What should I do?

You mean partitions that appear during install?
  • The SSD that I can't touch because it's Microsoft reserved
  • Hard drive with data with install available, but I won't install the system there
