Cant Boot To Windows After I Transferred To A New Case

Ok,

So i have just bought a new case and transferred everything into it. But during so i had to change a couple of the SATA cables into different ports. Now here is the thing, when i boot up it says "Reboot and select proper boot device". I done this and selected my SSD for first boot and then rebooted but it still says that and i cant get past it. I changed it back from the sata 3 port it was in and put it back to the sata 2. Also my hard drive is in the sata 3 slot and wont show up in the bios either...
Gotta love the first time build.....

Motherboard: ASROCK 980DE3/U3s3
SSD Crucial 256 GB

Change the Boot Order of your Hard Drive to the top of the list in your UEFI. Consult your user manual on how to do this or try switching the SATA connectors into an order that works.

Wohoo!!!!. I changed the the hard drive from its sata 3 port to a sata 2 port and it finally showed up in the bios. I put the boot order 1st: SSD 2nd: Hard drive and it worked. I thought my windows was installed on my SSD, does this mean its on the hard drive?

Not sure. Look to see which drive has the WINDOWS folder.
