cant boot to windows

I must have installed linux at some point cause I got that error no such partition bs. Anyway I insertied my windows 8 disc and did bootrec /fixmbr, /fixboot and /rebuildbcd. After this I booted and now it says "windows failed to start a recent hardware or software change mit be the cause" ive done every option that dosent remove my files but they all came up with errors. Keep in mind I have not touched my hardware at all. Please help me. Excuse the poor gramar im using my tablet and not used to touch screen keyboard
