[SOLVED] Can't boot to windows

Greetings,
This morning my PC's power was disturbed by an extension from the wall while i was playing game. So i didn't bother turning it on again.
After few hours now when i tried to open the pc ,it was fine, then suddenly i got the repair diagnose start up repair idk what you call it but it couldn't fix it says start up repair couldn't fix your startup issue now it is froze after the windows logo..
Any help would be appreciated .

I'd recommend that situation does not call for a "repair". You should restart normally.

Since your repair may have damaged the OS, you may need to reinstall.
