Can't boot, use safe mode or auto repair.

Hello, I have a windows 10 PC that is unable to boot or use the auto repair as it stays on a black screen forever. I'm desperate at this and I'm willing to do anything I can to get it working. Normally I would use safe mode but windows 10 disabled it at boot and now I don't know what to do.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, if you don't have one already

What are specs of PC? What GPU have you got? Have you tried using the Motherboard monitor connections to see if its just the GPU causing the black screen?
