Question Can't boot when my GPU is connected...

So couple weeks ago, On of the AMD Drivers got updated and I couldn't boot to my PC anymore, even to the BIOS... (Maybe its the gpu itself, i don't really know currently)
The GPU Fans are spinning and leds are on, But fans get turned off when it shows no display, prob seconds after boot...

I tried almost everything.
Reinstalling Windows 10 (Actually posted and showed the GPU in the Device manager untill I downloaded the Drivers and restarted then again same problem, no Boot)

I tried to put the GPU on my friends pc and it didn't boot, and he has same specs almost as mine, and his GPU worked on my PC...

I updated my Motherboard BIOS, Same as Tried to Update GPU Bios trough Safe Mode
I disabled the iGPU from the BIOS but when I set it to "PCIe" it auto on restart sets to "CPU intergrated" for some reasons..

I still have some hope since it showed the GPU on Device Manager, but what can be the problem?

New Update: In the Device Manager it shows me the GPU but says Error 43, and when I reflash/update my GPU BIOS or update my AMD drivers from new, my PC boots into a blue screen crash, and never loads to Windows..

AMD MSI R9 380 4GB

Seasonic SS-600 ET Active PFC F3, It worked great with my friend's GPU, He has GTX 1070

I m afraid that your gpu choose to leave this world. Go and RMA it if you still have warranty if not find a replacement to buy.

Test with a better psu? or have your friend test the r9 380

I tested it with my friend's PSU 600 watt also, The GPU didn't post in his RIG....
Its funny because, fans are spinning leds on, and in Safe Mode it shows the GPU in Device Manager (with Error 43)

I read in other places that this issue happens to alot others amd cards because of the amd drivers...
Not buying AMD again, what a joke, this card is only 4 years old and used for lite gaming

you have a power hunger card and weak psu. what did you expect?
for psu, quality is as important as wattage.

This PSU and GPU worked great together for 4 years...
