Can't boot windows when upgrading to a new graphics card.

The problem is that when i boot my computer with EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Superclocked w/ EVGA ACX C BIOS loads for about a minute and then the black screen with the white flashing underscore starts to looking for my OS and it cant find my OS (windows 7). If i put my old cards in it works just fine and boots up with no problem. I have all cabels connected to the card one 8pin and one 6pin. I even went to my store and got a new PSU a 1000W. Thinking it was a power problem but still the same problem. Cant boot windows.
