Solution U U Ulises_1 Jul 27, 2016 Mr Kagouris : Have you tried using only one stick? And if so, what happens when you try to boot? Do you get an error or does the laptop not start up at all. i just solve it, the thing was that i just needed to update the bios, but thanks for your time, appreciate
