Cant boot with new GPU installed (GT 710)

Hello,

I have ran into a problem installing my GT 710. This is supposed to replace my GT 210 (i needed an HDMI port).

The PC i am using has the gigabyte H61MA-D3V mobo which should be compatible. However after I replace the card the PC doesnt boot. It freezes on the mobo boot screen, pic attached: http://imgur.com/a/5tePn

Cant enter bios, cant reboot, doesnt respond to anything except hard resets. The steps I did are as follows:

1. Uninstalled old drivers in Win10 64x via DDU.
2. Removed old gt210
3. put in new gt 710
4. ??? no boot.



Any suggestions ?

What are the rest of your specs? I'm assuming you don't have a GT710 in the build in your sig...

Have you cleared the CMOS?

Wait a sec you have a GT 710!! Why is there for me written GTX 970 and Z170-A. Send your PSU and your full spec list.

this is a different pc. fixed it with a bios update.
