I had HDD issues which I explain here.

At the end, I did a final BIOS reset. HDD issues are gone but now I can't even properly get to the BIOS screen. The only thing I can do is, turn off PSU > press CL_CMOS button on the motherboard > turn on PSU and power switch > just continue when it asks.

If I choose "enter BIOS" instead of continuing with OS, when I exit BIOS, system doesn't restart and just turns off. Then black screen returns and I have to start all over again.

If I can reach to OS, I have no problem there. Can even play games without issue.

All components are dust free, has fresh thermal paste so no heating problems there. I took parts out of case for full control.

Hardware;
MSI P67 G45 MOBO (bios v5.4)
i5 2500K CPU
GTX 760 GPU
Sapphire 625W PSU(I did try starting it by itself, it just works)
8 GB Kingston RAM(1 stick)
Kingston V300 SSD
WD10EZEX HDD(not plugged in)
HAF 912 case(it's a caseless setup atm)

1| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? If so can you reflash it with the latest BIOS. It might help if you dropped down one version.
2| You forgot to include your OS.
3| You might want to state which slot is occupied with that single stick of ram.
4| Since when did the issue crop up? You seem to be on Windows 10, what were you on prior?
