Question Can't bypass ?bios? password

Hi,

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on this PC
CPU i5-3470 3.2GHz
GPU evga gtx 750 ti
MotherBoard Gigabyte ga-z97x-ud3h rev 1.1
Ram 2x8gb cosair ddr3 1600MHz
PSU corsair RM850
SSD Samsung

The problem is every time I boot up the PC I only get one screen a black screen with right in the middle a window saying Enter password. I have tried removing the cmos battery, using the clear cmos jumper, reseating CPU, qflash with Bios dowbloaded from Gigabyte site on a USB drive Fat32. Idk what else to do, I've already contacted Gigabyte for help, suppose to get a response in the next 3 to 5 days so I thought why not try a forum and found this site. Does any one know a way to bypass this screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tom's Hardware does not assist with bypassing passwords. At all.
Wait for the manufacturer.
