can't change any settings in bios toshiba setup utility

can't change settings in bios except language and date only after cmos reset, so it can't load windows , it tells that insert system disk in drive but in bios ssd is recognized, what might be the problem?
laptop is toshiba tecra z40-a

Thanks for the screenshots, on the first screenshot under the " main" tab, your system drive is listed on the 3rd line HDD/SSD model Liteonit LMT-256M6M (capacity 256GB in mSata slot), was it booting normally to windows prior to your CMOS reset?

yes i had written that bios has recognized ssd

So you installed windows (what system 10 or 7 ?) on this SSD on another laptop? then you transferred the SSD to this laptop and you're trying to boot of it, this SSD basically never booted on this laptop?

i install 10 and 8.1 too but no luck , but problem is that i can't change bios settings so boot menu is disabled

You said you did the install on a different computer, than you transferred the ssd to this laptop which has different hardware, that's probably why it's not booting, I see most bios settings are grayed our too, maybe you could try resetting your bios again.

yes it's true , i reset bios many times but nothing changed , is any help for unlocking bios ?

Bios is not locked since you have access to it, most of it's settings are not accessible for some reason.
