Can't change bios setting after upgrade

I'm using win8 in UEFI mode After I changed my graphic card , the bios setting for overlock/disabling onboard graphic etc did nothing after I change them , the old setting in bios before the graphic card upgrade are stuck and do not want to change , but setting like "secure boot" I can change it without problem(disable/enable) but setting for overclock and mobo Won't , any tips?

ps: using Asrock Z75 pro3.

It seems like the motherboard isn't recognizing the presence of a new video card.
You might need a bios update for the motherboard. Or the card may not be seated or powered properly. Or it could be a bad video card.
Try another video card, try updating the bios, double check the power connections..
