Can't change boot option

I have a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO SATA SSD with Windows 10 on it. I recently purchased a 1TB Western Digital Black NVMe M.2 SSD. When I installed it into my Gigabyte Z170X Gaming-5 MoBo it tries to boot from the M.2 SSD (which it can't, since it's empty), and won't let me change my boot option to the SATA SSD with Windows 10 on it. The SATA SSD simply doesn't appear as a boot option at all unless I remove the M.2 SSD.

Does anyone know how I can change my boot drive to my SATA SSD after installing my M.2 SSD?

Which SATA port is the 850 EVO connected to?
Use of the m.2 port usually turns off one or more of the regular SATA ports.

You'll have to look in the user manual for the specific combinations.

Problem Solved. That was easy. Thank you :)

Also discovered if I had put the M.2 into my other M.2 slot there would have been no SATA incompatibility, though that one is right between my Graphics Cards, so I decided to just move my SATA connections to compatible slots.

Next time I'll check the manual first.
