Question Cant change case fan speed after fixing pc

In the last couple of days, ive had my pc break down and ive fixed it. It turned out that my CMOS battery was dead or damaged and my ram was a bit loose. After ive added a new cr2032 battery and got my ram working again, i cant change fan speed in bios or any software. I've tried all msi softwares and speedfan, but i cant change it at all. In the start it would go up and down alot, but now its just stuck at like 50-60% when idle, which is more than usual when gaming. Anyone got any tips? Im gonna try updating bios, but i gotta wait till stores are open tomorrow. I wanna see if theres a way to fix it without having to wait to tomorrow

The fans are Corsair AF120 red. Mine are running at 1350ish rpm and max is 1650, so if my math is correct, my fans are running at 81% speed AT IDLE for no apparent reason
