Can't change channel banner

So I started doing YouTube again just for fun and I made new art for my channel ,but when i go to change my channel banner it ask me to sign into google then i do it twice and it said error.

Sorry if this isnt the right category and yes ive tried researching and i mostly didn't find anything that was of any help.

If you are already signed into youtube then you shouldn't have to again. Try turning off browser extensions.
