Can't change controls on Juiced

Juiced is a game made by THQ back in 2005 for windows XP/98.
It works with comparability settings on Windows vista/7/8 but i can't make it work on windows 10.
The game itself works but i can't change the controls.

The windows 7 fix only works on windows 7/8/8.1 not windows 10.
Admin also doesn't work.

I've already read the read-me and that fix doesn't work, i guess it's because they can't look 10 years into the future.
I think this error will never be solved unless i emulate windows XP which ironically also doesn't work because windows 10 is too new. The demand for this fix is also very low, i think im the only one that has found it on windows 10.

I am also having this issue. I also am not able to get it display in widescreen. Checking the widescreen option just makes it display in 4:3 with black bars on the side, but that's not an issue that I think can be fixed.

I've also tried the admin + the readme fix and those didn't work. I have it running on Windows10 in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode.
