Can't change Cpu Voltage Override

I overclocked my 8700k from 4.8Ghz to 5Ghz, but when I want to go back to my old 4.8Ghz settings the Cpu voltage override it doesn't let me. I'm trying to change but it stays at 1.400 no matter what I do, I had it at 1.300 before and when I press F10 to save it says ''Nothing in the bios was changed'' and the 1.400 setting remains. My motherboard is a Asus Z370-a, help please??

You might have to start over at the beginning if all else fails. Assuming that you remember the old setting that is. Go into the bios and press f6. This will offer the option of resetting to optimized default settings. Restart then go back into the bios and change the settings to what you want.
