Can't change disk name anymore

So i was downloading Wolfenstein 2 shadow of the colossus and after i played it for 2 hours i realized that my disk name changed from ''Games'' to ''Wolfenstein 2 shadow of the colossus'' and now i cant change it anymore, tried every option available out there but it seems like the name is changed but it doesnt apply , like ''Wolfenstein 2 shadow of the colossus'' is only on the surface, and now i need help changing it back to normal.

I changed the name , refreshed but still nothing
