Cant change my Bios setting for boot

i have intel board e5700. i know its quite old but i have some prb while i m going to arrange my boot order. i cant even my time from bios. well setting of time is not a big issue, main is to fix boot prb. i really need to install windows as soon as possible. kindly provide best solution to get escape that issue

U mean i have to press F key to when i am enter in bios mode?

What was meant is that you have to press one of the function keys (F1, F2 or another depending on your BIOS). Some allow you to enter the BIOS by pressing the Delete (Del) key.

Enter in bios is not a problem for me. I am actually facing that problem that when I enter in bios setup I can`t change my boot settings. I just need help for this.

pressing F is not gonna help me. i am just too much confused about what have to do.

It usually states at the bottom of the screen how to make changes - you may need to use F5 to move a setting by taking it down and F6 to go up but some BIOS use the + and - keys.
