Can't change my email

When I'm trying to change my email adress that's registered in my account settings nothing happens... it just say's submit buy nothing happens when I'm pressing it.
Can someone help me ?
I want to change to the email that I am using everyday for every porpouse ....

It's an ongoing problem.

I had to create a new account using my preferred email address, it was the only way to get it changed.
