Can't change options in BIOS (GA-Z97X-UD3H)

Dear Tomshardware community,

Basically I made my new PC and whenever I boot up and go to the BIOS, I can't change a single option, even with the +/- keys. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I need to do to enable being able to change these options?

Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

can you see mouse moving around in bios? can you open new menues? can you select things at all?

You should go look on gigabyte site and see if there is a newer bios and flash it.
