cant change shadowplay preferences

[i try and budget]

i got shadowplay loaded up everythings running good but when i load up the geforce experience i click on shadowplay under the preferences tab and it wont let me click on any settings to change for shadowplay. itll let me change settings for other stuff tho any ideas??

Click shadowplay at the top right and click the switch with a 0 and 1 on to turn it on, the settings will then be available.

This didn't show up for me a few weeks ago, try reinstalling geforce experience.
