Can't change voltage or power limit in MSI Afterburner

When I overclock, the only thing I could do is just add a little put of overclocking until it gets unstable, and worse, I can't even raise the voltage! I updated my BIOS and drivers but it still won't enable me to do it. I turned on Unofficial overclocking in the ini settings and it is always grayed out.

Can anyone help me?

some gpus are "voltage locked" by the manufacturer. in which case you can't unlock the voltage to do additional overclocking and are limited to overclocking the gpu with the voltage you already have.
