I have a ryzen 5 1600x. My voltage is at 1.066v playing Far Cry 5 and such. Recently I've been crashing and have been told that the low voltage may be causing the crash. I've updated my bios. Issue is; under CPU voltage; it only provides 2 options. Auto and offset mode. The bios tells me that auto is set at 1.35v but still, it actually runs at 1.05v. Turning it into offset mode and doing +0.2v makes no difference. As I launch it; it goes up to 1.2v-1.4v and then backs down to 1.025v

Might want to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. On second thought, we'll look into that after your boards make and model is mentioned and after you mention which version of the BIOS you're currently on.

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
Motherboard: ASUS B350 Prime version 8901
Ram: Corsair Vengance 3200mhz 16gb ddr4
GPU: MSI RX470
PSU: Corsair CX550M

Rest of the specs don't matter. BIOS is up to date.
