Question Can't change volume from windows

hi guys
i have a bluetooth speaker connected to my pc.

even if i change the volume from windows or with the keyboard it doesn't actually change.

i can just control the volume from the speaker itself.

having same issue is with headsets.

tried to update drivers and even to format and reinstall new..nothing fixed.

any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting then reconnecting? I know it sounds like it's dumb but we have to start from somewhere in troubleshooting.
