So i currently own a 23" 1080p 60Hz monitor so i'm looking an upgrade, main use will be gaming.
I have found these two which are in the perfect price range for me.

The main question is whether you rate 1440p or 144hz higher. I don't know as i've never really experience either. My PC probably won't get near 144fps at 1440p so I don't see any point in spending the money on 144hz.
