Can't choose between two headsets :/

I usually answer questions like these but sometimes i need a little help my self

I need a new headset because i am going to get a PS4 soon and i wanted something that has good quality and good noise cancellation.
I want to use the headset on the PS4 and on my PC as well.
I was looking and came across these two headsets:

I know that they arent the best ones to be gaming with but i also know that they have good noise cancellation.
I am not sure which one to choose from and i would like some help with that.

Suggestions for other headsets that match my needs are also welcome
My price range is max 1100 NOK (Norwegian Krones) which is about 175$ and 105£

You basicly connect them with a USB port to the PS4 itself or use a 3.5mm jack on the controller for the PS4

These will give you the best surround sound you can get in a console headset. These will be much better than the two headsets you linked in your original post. It comes with the mixamp which you can use to get surround sound with any set of headphones.
