Seagate - Discwizard - Tishell64.
It's running under file-explorer.
Redownloading the program and uninstalling it won't help... sometimes I dirty uninstall stuff by deleting the folder and such, this time it has been a royal pain to fix.

You should be able to stop the process via Task Manager.

And likewise control its' being launched again at startup via the Startup tab.

Plus if Discwizard continues showing up and running then take a look in Task Scheduler.

Once stopped then use "Uninstall" to remove Discwizard if removal is your end intention/requirement.

  1. The process is linked to file-explorer. I can't stop it unless I wanna reset the system I'm using to delete it.
  2. It's not a program... it's a file. There's no start-up program for it.
  3. There's not task schedule... Diskwizard has some ignorant programming... it's embedded in file-explorer.
    4. we'll see... can't stop the program that has it open - File-Explorer.
