cant close program in a background Windows 10

hi,i was watching movie power DVD and movie just sometimes stuck so i reopen the program and its good again.now i cant closed from Task Manager its hovering with taking the memory and when i launch program, it say you wanna wait for program or closed not responding .thanks

There's a number of possibilities, but maybe you could try a different software for movie (and music) playback, and see if that resolves it. VLC Media Player is very capable and reliable : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

sry i dint mention its a blue ray movie and i just reinsert dvd disk and its all good now thanks!
