I have a Lenovo y410p that came with windows 8. I kept windows 8 in a partition and installed windows 7 ultimate in the test of the hdd.

I went to use my laptop this morning and when booting it gave me this message on a black screen with white letters.
"Your computer can't come out of hibernation. Status: 0xx000000d. Your computer will be rebooted. Any information that was not saved before the computer went into hibernation will be lost. Enter=reboot".

When I press enter the computer reboots but goes back to the same screen with that message. Therefore I cannot access the disable hibernation option described in other forums. I also cannot access the run command. All I've been able to access is the bios.

I tried removing the battery for about an hour but that didn't work. I also tried pressing the power button for several seconds and after it powers off and I boot it up it still goes to that same screen.

I have an external drive to which I backed up all my stuff including an image (os image maybe I don't know much about that(. I don't know if I can use that to restore my computer.... I'm afraid my files will go to hell if my laptop is corrupted so if we could try other options before this one that would be great.

Thank you so much.

So! No one replied but I took my laptop to a computer repair shop and the guy said all he had to do was reset the BIOS. He said the problem happened because of my two operating systems. I did what other forums suggested, I disabled hibernation on Windows 7. Whenever I restart my computer, I still get a weird message about the LAN or something, after that the OS loads fine.
