[SOLVED] can't conect to wireless repeater

I setup a wavelink wireless repeater and can connect to it with every device in my home except for a Toshiba laptop it shows up in my wifi connections click connect and it says can't connect is there a reason for this i'm not to smart with these and am learning can some one lead me in the right direction Toshiba laptop model# c55t-b5230 running windows 10 home
it just baffles me I can connect on every other device except the laptop

I suggest you reset the device to default settings and follow the steps on this video to configure it.
