Hello,
Our HPG62 notebook and a Dell laptop use wireless router in our home. This AM the Dell connects via wireless, the HP shows green on our wireless network but but the house symbol above the list of available wireless networks says "no internet access" I've tried looking for an external switch but don't see one. We are fairly basic users and don't know what to do.

Click the start button and navigate to the command prompt Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
Make sure that you right click on the command prompt app and select run as administrator
Type in the following command "ipconfig /flushdns" :D

This is for 7 and vista ^

Thanks,
I did this, got message re" flushed". I restarted -- wireless is green (I am using it on Dell laptop) Message by house symbol on HP still says no internet access although our wireless network is green and "connected". There is a light on on the keyboard by f12 which has a tower symbol. It is on and white.

Sorry, I don't know much about this.
