Can't connect ASUS laptop to wifi

Trying to connect laptop to wifi. When I try troubleshoot (Windows Network Diagnostic) it comes up with: The Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter adapter is experiencing driver -or hardware-related problems (not fixed) The laptop can connect to school wifi but not at home.
