can't connect camera of lenovo tablet

Hello, the camera of my tablet doesn't work, when I try to open it, appears a black window and after a few seconds or minutes show the next message: can't connect the camera. Please close any other app that may be using the camera or flash.. I go to settings, apps but I don't find the app of camera. My tablet is an Android Lenovo TAB2 A8-50F. thanks for any help.

is it under warranty?

if it is, apply warranty

if it is out of warranty try to restore it to default settings, if that doesn't help, the camera or the tablet are damaged
