Hey, I was trying to connect two monitors to my pc and was running into a weird issue. When both my HDMI and Displayport ports were plugged into my graphics card/motherboard, only my monitor connected to the DisplayPort was working. However, if I unplugged the DisplayPort and then restarted, then my HDMI monitor would show up and work just fine. Then, plugging in the DisplayPort monitor would do nothing until I restarted my PC again, at which time I was back to having only my DisplayPort monitor working. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Details and model numbers.

What motherboard and processor do you have?
What graphics card do you have?
What displays do you have and how are each being connected to the PC?

I have the MPG Z390 Gaming Plus motherboard, 2080 Super, I 7 7700k, Asus VG248QE and Asus VS248H-P. The VG248QE is connected via DisplayPort and the other is connected via HDMI, both to the graphics card, however, I have tried connecting the HDMI to the motherboard
