Can't Connect to a Certain Website

Hey,

I can't connect to socialclub.rockstargames.com/
. I found this issue after I tried to play GTA V after a long time and found that I could neither connect to GTA V nor could I connect to social club (rockstar's main page still works). I've tried using my phone on the same network to no avail. However, using a vpn on this network or data on my phone did work. Is this something that will fix itself overtime? I've tried resetting my connection and disabling all anti-viruses.
