Question Can't connect to bands coming from my new router

My Fire 10 tablet running Android has a very different way to connect to all the bands since I added my new Xfinity XB8, 6E router. This doesn't happen on any other devices, just the tablet. I don't know how to connect to these bands. All the connections coming from my old Netgear 802.11ac router connect in the way I'm used to: click and then enter password. This new connection method asks for EAP Method, Phase 2 Authentication, CA Certificate, Identity, Anonymous Identity, and Password. Any ideas what has happened and if I can revert to the old method that I am familiar with?

By "bands"I am referring to the frequency bands the router broadcasts. 2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz

maybe its set to use WPA3 and/or something other than a simple preshared key.

I would change it to use wpa2 and preshared keys. This is done on the router.
