Cant Connect to Battlefront Game

for some reason I cant connect to a battlefront game even though my ping and speed is great.

I have been trying even thing to get the packet loss test to work but to no avail. I'm trying to play at my university and so I'm using their WIFI, but this should not matter beacuse I can join dayz servers with 6-50 ping.

So I just found out that my school is using Vyatta could their firewall be conflicting with battlefront and if so can I fix it?
