I have an issue, my Lenovo Ideapad 100S - 11BY running Windows 10 cannot connect to the wifi at my small college. I don't know much about wifi's but I do know that this one requires a username and password. It was working perfectly fine last Christmas as a teacher gave me the correct details but ever since, I have been unable to connect to it. It always says "Can't connect to this network".
Other students though are able to connect to it, what I notice though is that they are all using smartphone devices. Perhaps it might have something to do with the wireless card compatibility? Perhaps I also have to update Windows as I've been ignoring it but not sure if its causing problems.
