Can't connect to Game Servers in Germany

Hello, so I moved in Germany 3 days ago, and I got an internet that is mostly used here in Germany, it's called "fritz box", I'm able to acces facebook, youtube, twitch and some other websites, but I'm not able to play any online (multiplayer games) (Fortnite, Call of Duty, GTA V, or even any online browser game, I also can't play even them!). I'm also not able to watch something offsite (free movie websites for an example) but I'm able to watch everything on youtube and twitch without any problems. I'm also not able to acces the admin panel on this router (from default gateway or even to fritz.box, it just doesn't connect me to that websites neither).

I have done reading few posts on this forum too, they have fritz box and have had the same problem (now it's saying that they solved it, but nobody left the way how they solved it).

*Before I moved in the Germany I was able to play every game without any problems, but it seems like that I'm not the only one having this problem with fritz box!*

*Thank you for reading and any help would be appreciated*

*I've tried resetting the router too... Even after that I'm not able to reach admin panel or any servers)*

If you cannot access the admin panel (using the default gateway, on the sticker on the device)... that's an issue - and something you'll have to address with the manufacturer or ISP.

As for the gaming issue, that'll require access to the admin settings.....
From what I can find, conflicts with UPnP are the primary cause of these issues with FritzBox.

The option to switch UPnP on or off is under "Internet" => "Permit Access" => "Port Forwarding" in the FRITZ!Box user interface.

Thanks for that fast answer haha, that was what I thought (about UPnP), that could be the solution (hopefully). So you suggest me to call the operator 'cause I'm not able to acces the admin settings (panel)? ^^

Exactly. If you cannot access the admin page via the default path.... something is wrong.

Resetting the router (opposed to rebooting) may help.... but sounds like you've already done that.
So yes, the provider would be the best point of contact here.
