[SOLVED] Can't connect to internet on windows 8.1

Hello!I recently got windows 8.1 on my laptop and I can't connect to internet.It says ,,No connections are available,,.I want to connect on my router that I use on my old pc.But it won't let me connect whatever I do.Any advice?

Probably need to get the network adapter driver from the laptop's support website on another computer and transfer the driver via usb stick.
